Chris is a fantastic gas

Chris is a fantastic gas engineer, clearly experienced and knowledgeable, he has serviced our boiler and moved and changed some radiators for us (including recommendations for radiators and heat loss calculations). He didn’t overestimate the job, and his rates were excellent, even when the radiators arrived damaged he negotiated on my behalf and arranged another time to fit. He was clean, tidy and efficient, highly recommended.

We had a problem with

We had a problem with our boiler. I did not know who contact and more importantly who to trust. Chris at Eclipse was recommended via Facebook.

Without any doubt I understand why he was recommended. Best call I made.

Our problem was not straight forward and was not easy to diagnose. Chris was also fitting us in around another job and visited us in the evening.

There was no hard sale, no telling us we needed parts​ that we didn’t need. Chris just wanted to get our boiler working. Which he did.

Chris and Eclipse are 100% trustworthy, efficient, knowledgeable and more importantly cost effective.

I will happily use there services​ again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

What can I say about Eclipse Gas Services Ltd. A fantastic job from start to finish. We had moved into our new house a week before and acquired the 17 year old Biasi boiler with the purchase. It immediately started messing us about, so I gave Eclipse a call. Chris actually turned up when he said to give me the quote (unlike several other companies that were a lot more local to me!) and the price was amazingly competitive.

Chris had told me already that he couldn’t fit the new boiler until the first week of November and was honest about that from the outset. No promises he couldn’t keep. Then, in the 3 days following his visit to give me the quote, my 17 year old boiler gave up completely. I let Chris know and after speaking to another customer who had some non urgent work to be done, and rescheduling them, he fitted me in on Saturday and my new boiler is now installed. Excellent installation and excellent communication through out. Cannot recommend Eclipse enough!
